THESE are the kids I get to spend 9 hours with everyday. some are the most precious little specks of angel dust and others are just trouble. but I'm finding that kids generally respect my authority! who woulda thought! being called teacher jojo and miss jojo is a bit strange though, considering i dont feel that much older than some of them.
in other news, friends have not been going so smoothly. when did things get so bad?

saw plenty of maxi's at Alice's Summething this weekend. Although Gavin Rossdale was complete failure by starting out with heavy metal, Matt Nathanson completely compensated.

C and I are excited to finish finals and freshmen year!!! goodbye beautiful Broxton Avenue! goodbye pricey boutiques called Skyla and fobby ones with no names! goodbye SoCal skater/hipster stores called Active! goodbye cheap Diddy Reese cookies! goodbye homeless men who don't want your food, but want your money!

Coming home on Saturday and I could not be more excited. I just hope its not too weird seeing old friends after such a long time apart. Summer consists of: kids camp wooot!, Asian American History at city college SKDFHLSKDJFSC,counseling at BAAYF camp, hopefully a job, exploring SF, guiding tours of SF, thrifting SF, playing with frensies, and LOTS of asian food. play with me!!!

this is my favorite bathroom on campus because of these massive windows that open into a courtyard of jacaranda and bird of paradise trees. the really long wall of mirrors doesn't hurt either.
